Featuring five of Ireland’s most talented circus performers, Cycle Circus was one of the highlights of the annual Earagail Arts Festival in 2021. Commissioned by Earagail Arts Festival, Cairde Sligo Arts Festival and Carlow Arts Festival, and supported by Bank of Ireland Begin Together Arts Fund, in partnership with Business to Arts, the criss-crossing journey across Donegal and the Wild Atlantic Way was captured on film and lens by Ken Fanning of Tumble Circus (the company behind the show), Donegal film-maker Charlie Joe Doherty and photogaphers, Declan Devlin and Donna El Assad.
