How to Book

Earagail Arts Festival

Book Online

Booking online is the most immediate way to secure your tickets via www.eaf.ie. All major credit cards accepted.

We HIGHLY recommend booking your tickets in advance; we cannot guarantee last minute tickets will be available at the venue. If our box office facility has closed for the day please check with the venue if tickets are available before travelling.

All our online bookings are powered by our partner organisation Ticketsolve

Book By Phone

Telephone bookings can be made through the Festival Box Office on +353 (0) 7491 20777. All major credit cards accepted.

Book In-Person

The Festival Box Office is located at An Grianán Theatre, Port Road, Letterkenny. Call in to our Box Office during opening hours: 9.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. On days we have an evening show the box office will be open until 8pm. Closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays unless there is a show, in which case the box office will be open for two hours before the performance.

Pricing

Our prices remain the same for you! In light of the continuing cost-of
living crisis, we continue to keep our prices as low as possible for you
and offer discounts when we can! Be sure to keep an eye out on discounts throughout the programme including the reduced family event packages.

Refunds

Unfortunately, Earagail Arts Festival has a no refund or exchange policy on all festival tickets purchased.

E-Tickets

Environmentally friendly ticketing

The festival has now made the switch to electronic tickets and we will no longer be providing printed tickets for our shows. The link to download your tickets will be sent to you by email after purchasing, just click on the link in your confirmation email. You will either need to download and print out your ticket at home, or better still display it on your phone, which is a quicker and more environmentally friendly way to do it. To ensure quick and efficient entry to the event please ensure that you have downloaded your e-ticket to your phone prior to arriving at the venue.

Find our more about our e-tickets here.
