Join local historian Neil McGrory for a relaxed and engaging tour through Inishowen, exploring the stories, history, and landscapes of Ireland’s northernmost peninsula. Known for his popular podcast Lands of Eoghain, Neil brings the past to life with insight and humour.

The day begins at 10am from the Council Offices car park in Carndonagh, travelling through stunning coastal scenery, historic sites, and hidden corners of Inishowen. Along the way, musician Lorna Henry will add to the atmosphere with songs and tunes inspired by the places you visit.

The tour finishes at Malin Head, with an optional dinner afterwards at The Dock’s Bar & Restaurant, followed by a relaxed music session with Lorna and local musicians.
