Christina McBride - Croí Thír
Croí Thír (Heartland)
Christina McBride is an artist based in Glasgow and lectures on the Master of Fine Art at the Glasgow School of Art and has exhibited widely both nationally and internationally.
Croí Thír is a new body of lens-based works made during a residency in Goath Dobhair, on the west coast of Donegal.
The works are informed by the specificity of the landscape and are made using a range of analogue and sustainable photographic processes including testing natural produce from both the land and sea to be used as plant-based print developers.
